Experteer Overview As Global Medical & Scientific Affairs Director, you will provide high-level scientific leadership for PDX, coordinating Medical, Scientific, and Clinical Affairs across regions. You drive evidence generation and healthcare economic strategy to support adoption of PDX products. You will build collaborations with clinicians, industry partners, and academia to advance education and product development, while ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance. This fully remote role offers significant global impact and opportunities to shape patient care through scientific partnerships and regulatory-enabled launches. Compensation / Benefits • Provide visible scientific leadership to enhance PDX position in clinical communities • Develop collaborations with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, pharma partners • Deliver clinical and scientific education • Lead clinical trials in support of regulatory submissions per GCP-ICH and QMS requirements • Govern Medical, Scientific and Clinical Affairs activities • Provide medical input to product development and risk management • Support product registration, regulatory clearance, launches and post-market activities • Collaborate with Thermo Fisher’s Medical Affairs Leadership Team to identify improvements • Identify and develop opportunities for professional growth and coach team members Tasks • Advanced degree (MD or MD/PhD) in Immunology or Biochemistry • Industry director-level experience in diagnostics or related field • Proven experience in medical/scientific leadership within a global matrix organization • Ability to communicate complex scientific data to diverse audiences • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic influencing skills • Willingness to travel up to 50% including international travel • Advanced English proficiency Key requirements • competitive remuneration • annual incentive plan bonus • range of employee benefits • remote work
