Tendium is looking for a German speaking Go-to-market Manager to join the International Expansion team.

In your role as Go-to-market manager, you will have a real ownership and significant impact on Tendium’s ability to scale in the DACH region from day one. You will be at the forefront of Tendium’s effort to establish ourselves in the DACH region. Your goal is to position our solutions in the market, drive new business, and build relationships. Your work will directly contribute to shaping Tendium’s products, services, and overall strategy.
Actively acquire new customers and pilots through cold calling, appointment scheduling, product presentations, and closing deals, taking full end-to-end ownership.
Represent Tendium at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events, serving as an ambassador for our mission and solutions.
Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers, industry experts, partners and key decision-makers across the public procurement sphere.
Strategically plan and implement sales & marketing initiatives to effectively penetrate the German market.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to incorporate market feedback and continuously enhance the customer experience and guide product priorities.
Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to track leads and ensure transparent and organised sales management that stakeholders can follow.
Work in close collaboration with leadership to further develop the sales strategy and prioritize target segments.
