We are transitioning from a long-term consultant and need to strengthen our in-house Python expertise. As a small team managing a large number of applications, we require someone who can take ownership, drive initiatives forward, and quickly build an understanding of our systems. The consultant must be able to proactively identify and resolve future bugs or issues, ensuring stability and continuity in our delivery.

Responsibilities & deliverables:
We are looking for a senior or strong mid-level backend developer with solid Python expertise and proven experience working in production environments. The consultant should quickly understand and contribute to a large existing codebase, take responsibility for stability, automation, integrations and work independently.
