This is a full-time remote role for a Field Based Service Engineer. The Field Based Service Engineer will be responsible for performing field service tasks such as troubleshooting, providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day activities include diagnosing and resolving instrument issues, performing scheduled maintenance, and liaising with customers to provide high-quality service and support.
