Experteer Overview Join Swedbank to help build the next generation of our payments platform. You will test, maintain, and scale critical payment services within a major transformation of our payments infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment and contribute to both functional and non-functional quality. This role offers a chance to shape a high-impact area and grow with the Payments Agile Release Train in SAFe. You will drive improvements and communicate system status to stakeholders. Compensation / Benefits • Test and maintain critical services in the payments domain • Participate in the largest transformation of Swedbank’s payment infrastructure in decades • Analyze product requirements, technical impacts, and solution designs • Write unit, functional, and end-to-end tests; define acceptance criteria, KPIs, and test scenarios • Conduct non-functional and performance testing to support scaling for high transaction volumes • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders • Work in a cross-functional agile team within the Payments Agile Release Train (SAFe) • Collaborate with domain experts in payments, architecture, and mainframe systems • Develop professionally and contribute to the release train and team knowledge • Engage in a dynamic, cross-functional environment to share challenges and build knowledge Tasks • Knowledge of software testing methods and tools • Experience from Fintech, banking, or large financial organizations • Experience in the payment domain is advantageous • Experience with ISO20022, Bank/plusgiro transformation, SEPA or similar is helpful • Team player with good collaboration and communication skills • Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum) • Ability to communicate with IT and business stakeholders to align on work • Driven, proactive, self-organized, and analytical with a continuous improvement mindset • Proficient in English (spoken and written); Swedish is a plus Key requirements • personal and professional growth • meaningful work • open and collaborative culture • flexible working conditions • share-based reward program Eken • company pension plan
