We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our digital product team and take the lead in shaping the future of the OMNI customer journey—connecting our digital and physical stores into one seamless experience. You’ll be at the forefront of exploration: uncovering customer needs, identifying opportunities, and defining the path forward. You’ll collaborate closely with product design, engineering, analytics, and store teams to connect the dots between digital and physical, ensuring every customer interaction feels effortless, inspiring, and integrated.
In addition to the above, your role will involve:
Leading the discovery, delivery, and iteration of key initiatives
Translating customer and business needs into clear problem statements, product requirements, and prioritized backlogs.
Collaborating closely with UX, engineering, analytics, and stakeholders to bring new experiences to life
- from concept to release.
Defining, monitoring, and reporting on success metrics that reflect impact in both digital and store
Driving test, experimentation, and customer validation to generate insights that inform product improvements and strategic decisions

You’ll join a global, cross-functional team committed to delivering exceptional digital experiences through close collaboration, user-centric design, and continuous iteration. The team brings together diverse expertise across Product Design, Analytics, and Engineering, and partners closely with other product teams within the global digital experience organization, as well as key business stakeholders.
