As a Customer Success Manager at SeenThis, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination between clients, the sales team, and our technical producers. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring campaigns are executed successfully from initial order handling to final delivery.
Your work will be essential in keeping our campaign processes running seamlessly-optimizing workflows, supporting tracking and troubleshooting, and maintaining transparency and alignment across teams. You ensure all details are correct, all materials are accounted for, and all stakeholders are informed.
Client Relationship Management
Act as the main liaison between clients, sales, and the production team to ensure seamless communication and successful execution of campaigns.
