Resurs is looking for a Sales Performance Manager to lead Nordic Outbound Sales Outbound at Resurs is on a transformation journey. Our ambition is clear: to become the leading sales organisation in the Nordics within consumer finance and deposits. We work proactively with loans, cards, insurance and deposits across the Nordic markets. Performance matters. Volume matters. Quality matters. And leadershipmatters even more. As a Sales Performance Manager, you will lead a Swedish sales team while being part of a Nordic sales leadership group driving this journey forward. This is not a maintenance role. It is a performance leadership role in an environment where standards are being raised.
