As a Community & Marketing Builder unpaid Intern, you will help grow Rankad.ai’s community from zero into the most active hub for AI Search Optimization. You will keep users engaged, drive conversations, support launches, and turn the community into a growth engine. This is a forward-facing role with high ownership, working directly with the founders.
What You Will Work On (Examples)
• Building and running our community space (Slack/Discord/Circle/Reddit)
• Daily engagement: prompts, discussions, wins, feedback loops
• Newsletter updates, product releases, and community announcements
• Launch support: PR moments, partnerships, collaborations, events
• Founder-led content distribution and community driven growth
• Work close with founders and Marketing department
• Create and execute a community strategy that drives retention and referrals
• Keep the community active, warm, and high energy every day
• Write short, sharp updates for launches, releases, and milestones
• Organize online and IRL events, Hackathons, AMAs, and collaborations with partners
• Collect user feedback and connect it back into product + marketing
