The Role: Technical Recruiter
As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll be the first touchpoint for developers worldwide. Your role is to ensure that only the best join our network by blending technical evaluation with human connection. Here’s your week at a glance:
Conduct 25-35 interviews.
Present Proxify, share opportunities, and explain our business model.
Evaluate developers’ skills, values, and cultural fit.
Negotiate terms and guide candidates through the selection process.
