We are strengthening our Program Management function and are looking for a Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-organizational initiatives that shape Nordnet’s future. This is a senior role combining strategic direction with hands-on execution.

Lead some of Nordnet’s most critical cross-organizational initiatives from discovery to delivery

Set clear direction and establish transparent structures that create focus and momentum

Drive iterative execution with continuous alignment, learning and adaptation

Align stakeholders and lead collaboration across Product, Tech and Business through structured and open communication

Ensure initiatives deliver measurable customer and business value and that outcomes are embedded in daily operations

You are a senior leader with proven experience driving complex, cross-organizational initiatives in modern product- and tech-driven environments. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, structuring complexity and leading through influence rather than formal authority.

Extensive experience leading strategic initiatives spanning multiple functions and stakeholders

A strong ability to define direction, clarify priorities and drive measurable outcomes

Excellent communication skills, enabling alignment and engagement across business and tech at all levels

A pragmatic, iterative mindset focused on impact, learning and adaptation
