Experteer Overview As IT Security Officer at Nordnet, you design and operate security controls across cloud and on-prem environments. You will drive detection engineering, automation of security workflows, and continuous monitoring to protect our next-generation investment platform. You will lead incident response during security events and collaborate with the cross-country Security team on on-call rotations. This role combines hands-on security engineering with shaping scalable, automated detection and response capabilities in a fast-paced cloud-first environment. Compensation / Benefits • Design, develop and maintain advanced detection rules in SIEM to identify threats across cloud and on-prem environments • Drive automation of security tasks and incident response workflows (SOAR) to reduce MTTR • Ensure high-quality gestion and audit trail integrity through continuous monitoring and log governance • Act as technical lead during security incidents, performing forensic analysis and root-cause investigations • Support security health of log sources and aggregation of security-critical events Tasks • Extensive experience managing enterprise SIEM platforms with complex queries and tuned detection logic • Proven automation/scripting skills to build SOAR playbooks • Strong understanding of log source management (Windows Event Logs, Linux Syslog, application logs, cloud-native logging from GCP) • Fluent in English; Swedish language is a plus Key requirements • Competitive salary and compensation • Plenty of opportunities to grow as a security professional • Nordic work environment with a delivery-focused culture • Autonomous teams and agile way of working • Flat organization with open communication • Recognized contribution from day one
