Nordic Factor

About the Nordic Factor:

Nordic Factor is a young, fast growing destination management company with a big love for the North. We work with international MICE clients who want more than a standard program. Our focus is on real experiences, strong local partnerships and doing things in a way that supports local suppliers, communities and the regional economy.

We believe in quality over volume, honest collaboration and building long term relationships, both with our clients and with the people we work with on the ground. Sustainability is not a slogan for us, it is simply how we choose to work.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re now looking for a Junior Project Manager to work with us on a freelance, contract based setup. This is a hands-on role for someone who already understands the DMC world and feels comfortable working with international MICE clients and incoming groups to Sweden.

You should have experience from a DMC or similar environment, and a good understanding of how programs, suppliers, timelines and budgets come together. Strong knowledge of Sweden as a MICE destination is essential, with a clear focus on Swedish Lapland. If you already know the region, its seasons, logistics and possibilities, you will feel right at home.

You write and speak English fluently and confidently. Additional languages such as German or any of the Benelux languages are a big plus.

What it’s like to work with us:

Nordic Factor is still small, which means you will have real responsibility, room to influence projects and the way we work, and the chance to grow together with the company. We move fast, adapt quickly and care deeply about what we deliver. There is trust, flexibility and a strong sense of ownership in everything we do.
