Core Responsibilities
Brand Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute an integrated marketing, content, and design strategy that amplifies our brand’s unique story
Refine our brand identity, ensuring visual and narrative consistency across all touchpoints
Collaborate closely with founders, product, and sales to reflect our innovation through every campaign
Content & Design Excellence
Produce high-impact content (copy, visuals, campaigns) for web, social, sales, and external communications
Craft powerful narratives and visual materials to set Newcode.ai apart
Growth & Expansion
Monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize for visibility and engagement
Identify opportunities to strengthen our market presence
Build relationships with external freelancers, agencies, and vendors as needed
Lay the groundwork for scaling the marketing function, including future team building
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
5+ years in a senior marketing or content/design role, ideally in rapidly scaling tech or startup environments
Strong portfolio showing creative campaigns and brand/visual transformations
Hands-on expertise in brand strategy, content creation, digital marketing, and team leadership
Data-driven problem solver, able to interpret and act on marketing analytics
Outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills with fluency in English (other languages as bonus)
Experience managing creative teams and working cross-functionally
Up to date with the latest marketing, content, and design trends
