Experteer Overview As an EMEA Customer Marketing Manager, you translate global strategy into locally relevant, commercially impactful initiatives within the Global Customer Marketing team. You will partner with EMEA Sales to prioritize accounts, own the regional event strategy, and drive campaigns that boost engagement and inbound opportunities. This hands-on role balances execution with commercial insight to deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll work across EMEA and DACH, shaping programs that connect customers with Mentimeter’s mission. Compensation / Benefits • Lead Field & Customer Marketing in EMEA across high-touch and premium segments • Increase account engagement with regionally aligned initiatives • Collaborate with Sales leadership to prioritize accounts and refine go-to-market execution • Drive inbound opportunities and influence pipeline growth; track ROI and engagement KPIs • Own the regional events & programs calendar (industry events, customer events, webinars) and manage budget decisions • Localize global campaigns for EMEA/DACH audiences and provide market feedback to global strategy • Identify regional trends and needs to unlock better performance • Ensure alignment with global playbooks and maintain locally relevant messaging Tasks • 4–6+ years of B2B or SaaS marketing with focus on field, customer, or revenue-aligned marketing • Commercial mindset with understanding of pipeline, account engagement, opportunity influence, ROI • Experience owning regional programs, events, and budgets • Strong collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams • German language skills at a professional level • Ability to balance execution with analysis and continuous improvement • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Braze) is a plus Key requirements • autonomy and impact within a growing global team • leadership development program including external coach • education opportunities to stay state-of-the-art • career opportunities in a growing company • focus on work-life balance • competitive compensation and pension contributions
