Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical integration of CRM platforms (including Salesforce, HubSpot, Lime CRM)
Integrate ERP data from SAP S/4HANA for full sales lifecycle reporting
Design and maintain scalable CRM-to-data-lake data ingestion
Define data models to harmonize CRM and ERP schemas for unified reporting
Ensure robust, monitored, and optimized API-based integrations
Manage authentication, RBAC models, and secure access control
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance
