Experteer Overview In this role you will develop and maintain test automation frameworks for native iOS apps across brands, support a high-quality release pipeline, and contribute to automation strategy within a cross-functional team. You will work closely with native developers, Product Owners, and backend/frontend peers to ensure reliable, compliant releases. The role emphasizes CI/CD, edge-case testing, and continuous improvement in a regulated environment. This is a chance to shape the quality culture and impact player-facing experiences. Compensation / Benefits • Develop, maintain, and evolve test automation frameworks for native apps across brands • Design, implement, and execute automated functional, UI, and performance tests • Collaborate with cross-functional peers to influence testing strategy and best practices • Participate in full software lifecycle with focus on reliability, monitoring, and CI/CD • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and drive solutions • Support releases and maintain versioning and documentation • Ensure Governance, Risk & Compliance obligations are met • Drive quality culture via process and tool improvements Tasks • Strong background in mobile test automation • Experience with Appium, Cypress, Cucumber, Selenium and CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins) • Automation development skills in Python, Java, and JavaScript • Ability to plan and execute tests across functional, UX, performance, and integration dimensions • Experience in Agile teams and secure development principles (OWASP) • Good communication and feedback skills • Experience as Incident Manager or handling production quality issues • Comfortable participating in releases and ensuring production reliability • Troubleshooting complex problems and critical thinking about product quality Key requirements •
