Experteer Overview In this role you will design and maintain Java-based test automation frameworks to ensure quality across APIs and services. You’ll work within the Responsible Gambling team to blend testing with product goals, focusing on reliable delivery and strong collaboration. You’ll tackle functional, regression, and integration testing while driving test strategy and quality improvements in an agile setting. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven position that connects testing with CI/CD and cross-functional teams to protect players and support a trusted gaming experience. Compensation / Benefits • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based test automation frameworks (TestNG, RestTemplate, RestAssured) • Execute functional, regression, and integration testing across services and components • Implement and maintain API testing suites and integrate with tools like RestAssured or Postman • Own test execution within CI/CD pipelines (Git workflows, branching, PR checks) • Collaborate with developers and product teams to define testable requirements and quality gates • Monitor test results, triage failures, and drive root-cause analysis • Contribute to test strategy, coverage metrics, and continuous quality improvements • Perform testing relevant to your role, sometimes under support • Understand different test approaches and when to use each • Learn and apply best practices for good quality testing Tasks • Java for test automation • TestNG • RestTemplate • RestAssured • functional testing • regression testing • integration testing • API testing • CI/CD pipelines • Git Key requirements •
