- we’re building the platform that restaurants actually want to use. With the launch of Karma OS 26, we’ve created the most comprehensive AI-first restaurant operating system in the Nordics, replacing the messy patchwork of tools that restaurants have been stuck with for years.
Now we need to tell that story. Loudly, beautifully, and everywhere.
That’s where you come in.
As a Marketing Intern at Karma, you’ll work side by side with our CMO Fredrik and the rest of the team to shape how restaurants discover, understand, and fall in love with Karma. This isn’t a “fetch coffee and update a spreadsheet” internship
- you’ll be creating real work that ships to real audiences from week one. You’ll be responsible for:
Creative & Storytelling
- Craft compelling narratives that bring Karma’s brand to life

Static & Motion Ads
- Design static ad creatives for paid social, display, and other digital channels

- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns end-to-end

- Currently studying or recently graduated in marketing, communications, design, media production, or a related field
