We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a global company within e-commerce in Stockholm. Start is ASAP, 1 year contract to begin with. This role can be carried out 100% remotely from anywhere in Sweden.
Short description of assignment
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented business analyst that will collaborate with our E-commerce Product Owner to develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, feature specifications, and process flows.
Gather input from cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, marketing, and sales) to ensure documentation and presentations are accurate and up-to-date.
Organize and maintain a centralized repository for all product-related materials for easy access by team members.
Research and implement best practices in product documentation and presentation to enhance clarity and engagement.
Support workshop facilitation by preparing materials and synthesizing outcomes into actionable summaries.
• Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within e-commerce or digital transformation.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Azure devops, Jira, Confluence).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional, agile teams.
• Ability to document both technical and business processes with precision and clarity.
