Experteer Overview As a Legal Operations Specialist, you drive the digital transformation of Getinge’s global legal function by introducing smarter processes and AI-enabled tools. You collaborate across Legal, IT, and the business to deploy user-friendly, data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and efficiency. This role shapes how legal services are delivered in a modern, tech-enabled environment and offers cross-functional collaboration and global impact. Compensation / Benefits • Implement and optimize legal tech solutions including matter management and AI-powered contract lifecycle management • Design and improve workflows with tools like Power Automate to boost efficiency • Leverage data analytics (Power BI) to deliver dashboards and trends for strategic decisions • Lead and coordinate digital transformation projects across legal, business, and IT • Drive AI enablement by identifying use cases and supporting adoption across the legal function Tasks • Experience with digital and analytical tools, especially Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) and AI solutions relevant to legal operations • Strong understanding of legal tech systems such as matter management and contract lifecycle management • Proven project management skills in complex or global contexts, with familiarity in agile and change management • Solid analytical capabilities for dashboards, data interpretation, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, fluent in English, comfortable in international, fast-paced settings Key requirements • remote work flexibility • wellness allowances • family-related benefits • joint company activities • competitive compensation and benefits package
