The role As a Support Agent, you will serve our partners and customers with settings in the product, helping them set up their expense solution so it will work perfectly and in sync with their payroll or bookkeeping system. Our product is dynamic and comes in many different brandings, therefore the questions that you will receive as a Support Agent will vary a lot.

In this role, you will be joining forces with a fantastic team of five and collaborate with both external partners and internal stakeholders.

Communicate clearly and effectively with customers through telephone / e-mail / chat / website

Provide first class service to our partners and customers

Understand the products and services to help find the best solutions for the customer

Collaborate with technical staff and clients to establish goals and objectives for system improvements and upgrades

Create and implement new processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction while reducing costs

Maintain and write new articles for our customer knowledge base

At Least 2 years of experience within customer support

Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English

Ability to quickly recognize problems, form solutions and execute solutions/procedures
