• we embrace it. This is your jungle to tame. Not by patching old pipelines, but by architecting the digital bridges in Snowflake and Azure that turn fragmented data into global business value.

What you will lead

As our Lead Data Engineer, you take ownership of shaping and scaling our Snowflake-based platform, defining the engineering standards the organization will rely on. You’ll bridge the gap between global business needs and high-end technical implementation, deg solutions, setting guardrails for MDM, and ensuring our data foundation is built to last. You’ll also mentor upcoming talents, helping the team evolve into a self-driven, high-knowledge unit.

• Design and evolve our modern Snowflake platform, building the architecture that powers global insights

• Harmonize source data, develop models, and integrate critical systems across markets, creating a unified data backbone

You likely have a consulting background or come from a fast-paced tech environment where you’ve learned to get things done, alternatively, have a way of how things “should” be done, and just long to have the mandate to take action and actually make a difference.

You’re done delivering endless PowerPoints or sitting in a “code factory”

• now you want ownership. You take mandate naturally: when something is unclear, you don’t wait for instructions; you create direction. You can discuss value streams with a CFO as confidently as you can deep-dive Snowflake architecture, and you design scalable solutions that stand the test of time.

• Strong SQL and data-modelling expertise, with experience in Snowflake, Azure, Python, and tools like dbt or similar

• A proactive problem-solver who moves confidently between business stakeholders and technical teams in complex global environments
