Experteer Overview In this role you lead and drive business development within the Intelligent Industry Data & Analytics group, helping clients become data-driven and govern data assets. You guide cross-functional teams and clients through strategy, execution, and value realization at the interface of business, data, and AI. You will shape governance, AI adoption, and data-driven transformations at scale. This is a mission-driven opportunity to impact clients’ strategic objectives through data and analytics leadership. Compensation / Benefits • Lead and mentor colleagues while guiding clients on data/AI impact at strategic, tactical, and operational levels • Drive governance and management of data assets to deliver strategic objectives and business value • Steer collaborations at the intersection of business, strategy, data, and AI with clients and teams • Support business development efforts and stakeholder management to grow client engagements • Define and implement data/AI strategies, governance frameworks, and execution plans Tasks • 8–15 years of experience, ideally from management consulting or equivalent • Experience in one or several areas: Data & AI Strategy, Data & AI Governance, Data Visualization, Process Mining & Automation, Functional Data & Analytics, Data & AI Compliance, AI Adoption, AI use case development, AI scaling, Agentic AI • Proven business development, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Master’s degree with focus on business, technical/IT, or data & analytics • Excellent Swedish and English language skills and Swedish work permit Key requirements • Impactful Work • Innovation at Scale • Career Growth • Collaborative Culture • Purpose-Driven Projects
