Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Mentoring Basis administrators, delegating tasks, and ensuring team productivity.
• System Administration: Overseeing installation, configuration, patching, support package applications (SPAM), and upgrades (SUM/DMO).
• Infrastructure Management: Managing SAP HANA database administration, system backups, and disaster recovery.
• Performance & Security: Proactive system monitoring, performance tuning, and enforcing security policies.
• Project Management: Leading technical aspects of S/4HANA conversions and cloud migrations (e.g., AWS).
• Incident Management: Serving as the lead for system outages and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
