About the CompanyAvaron AB is a growing consultancy that matches your expertise with the market’s most interesting assignments, offering a platform where your professional development is central.About the AssignmentWe are looking for a Quality Manager with a strong ISO 9001 background to drive certification retention, audits, and continuous improvement work in an Operational Excellence environment. You will coordinate quality activities across multiple stakeholders, support the organization’s ISO 9001 understanding, and contribute to the development of the Quality Module within the OpEx system.Job DescriptionDrive and coordinate activities for ISO 9001 certification retention in collaboration with relevant streamsPlan, secure, and follow up internal and external audits in the organization’s toolsDrive closure of external audit findings together with the certification body, including transferring findings between audit systemsManage audit findings and corrective actions as assignedAct as lead auditor for required extended internal audits and support external audits when neededLead or participate in OpEx System Quality Module assessmentsConsolidate management review outputs into summaries for top management reviewPerform data analysis related to quality indicators (e.g., audit indicators)Support stakeholders in the application and understanding of ISO 9001Drive projects and initiatives in line with the Operational Excellence planContribute to defining and improving the Quality Module of the OpEx systemHelp ensure key quality and audit tools are maintained and available (e.g., DOT, Next Gen Audit Tool, ISO Performance BI dashboard)RequirementsExperience driving/coordinating activities for ISO certification retentionExperience working with ISO 9001Experience leading audits for ISO 9001 and Quality Module assessmentsExperience managing audit findings and corrective actionsExperience performing data analysis related to quality indicatorsExperience in project managementExperience working with tools such as DOT, Next Gen Audit Tool, and ISO Performance BI dashboardEnglish (fluent)ApplicationSelections are made on an ongoing basis, so we recommend that you apply as soon as possible.
