Are you ready to tackle complex challenges and make a global impact? Join our Access Controlled Solutions team as a Business Analyst, where you’ll play a vital role in shaping the next generation of parking solutions.

In this role, you’ll work with a variety of stakeholders—from camera provider partners and distribution teams to the product team—to ensure our solutions function seamlessly. You’ll dive deep into processes, identifying improvements, creating detailed documentation, and aligning multiple internal teams to provide a smooth user journey from start to finish. You will help streamline our access control solutions, from simplifying user flows to enabling scalable, automated processes that elevate the EasyPark experience.

Our products within access controlled parking solve real-world parking challenges, enabling users to seamlessly enter and exit access-restricted areas via automatic license plate recognition and other access methods. With over 6 million vehicles opted in and millions of transactions processed monthly, we’re dedicated to creating a flawless experience for EasyPark users across the globe.

How to make an impact

Work cross-functionally to optimize processes, facilitating smooth product launches and performance scaling as we aim to make this solution available to users worldwide

Evaluating business processes, clarifying and anticipating requirements and uncovering areas for improvement

You will help the Product Team by figuring out the tricky business details to ensure we build products that meet business and customer needs

Analyze, evaluate, refine and document business processes and create new models that support the business

Documenting features, functionalities and overall how products and services work on both a holistic and granular level

Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management

Curiosity and an analytical mindset are essential to succeed in this role. You have a strong drive to understand complex, interwoven processes and can distill them into clear, actionable documentation for diverse stakeholders. You’re comfortable navigating a variety of challenges, balancing a big-picture perspective with an eye for detail. You excel at zooming in on the finer aspects of product flows while maintaining a holistic view of the overall experience.
