Experteer Overview In this senior finance role, you drive strategy and performance for the Portfolio Unit within Alfa Laval’s Ocean Division. You will oversee financial control, risk and compliance tasks, and provide global business insights to the PU President and team. You will assess financial impact of strategic choices, enable growth, and lead analytics-driven reporting to support commercial and operational decisions. The role blends financial leadership with strategic partnership across functions in a fast-growing, global business. Compensation / Benefits • Evaluate financial implications of strategic decisions and build scenarios to guide actions • Promote growth, cost savings, and customer responsiveness through business initiatives • Ensure accurate financial information and enhance reporting with analytics tools • Drive cash flow, working capital, planning, and financial analysis improvements • Provide risk assessment and mitigation input to protect performance • Identify and manage contract-related risks • Partner with other functions to drive improvements and change • Support the PU finance team and foster a culture of excellence • Participate in tactical and strategic management discussions Tasks • Experienced leader with a track record managing global organizations • Proactive, innovative mindset with ability to challenge conventional thinking • Experience in business and finance/control, especially in engineering/manufacturing environments • Holistic understanding of business drivers and ability to identify growth opportunities from a control perspective • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills • Experience in driving business transformation is a plus • Willingness to travel; European location preferred Key requirements •
