As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers remotely, ensuring they get the most out of our innovative diagnostic solutions.

Manage a defined portfolio of laboratory clients remotely, with primary responsibility for customers in Norway and Denmark, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty

Act as the main point of contact for inquiries, orders, and support requests

Collaborate with internal teams (service, field sales, order management) to ensure smooth operations

Identify opportunities to expand Abbott’s solutions and improve customer efficiency

Monitor account performance and take action to maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS)

Support field teams with quotations and backlog management

A good level of Norwegian, Danish, and English

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Interest in sales and customer success

Experience in inside sales or customer support is a plus

Background in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or similar fields is an advantage
