Growth means A1VO. We are building a groundbreaking OS architecture that will transform how businesses grow across all sectors. Our target market spans multiple trillions, and this is not just another AI tool—it’s a completely new category: a single layer that owns growth. We are currently partially in stealth mode, validating our innovation with a core customer group, and preparing for a pre-seed funding round in Q1 2026.

We are seeking a pioneer for a demanding co-founder role with a CTO focus—someone who not only builds today’s technology but envisions decades into the future. As the right hand of the founder, you will be responsible for A1VO’s technological development, from MVP to a fully market-ready product. In the later stages, you will lead a global AI engineering team. This role offers the unique opportunity to be part of something transformative while leaving your mark on the global business landscape.

You are highly motivated by LLM architectures, actively follow market trends and AI developments, communicate effectively, and work with energy and initiative as part of the team. Above all, you want to be part of an international AI startup creating something entirely groundbreaking.

This is a co-founder role with equity-based compensation under a standard vesting agreement
