We’re looking for a developer who wants to do more than deliver features. Join OTGS, the company behind WPML, and help build the core AI systems our teams rely on every day. You’ll work directly with senior engineers, have real influence on architecture and direction, and turn open-ended goals into production-ready systems that support our Support, Marketing, and VIP teams. This role isn’t about following specs. It’s about taking open-ended goals and turning them into reliable systems. Your work will reach production fast and matter immediately. What we’re looking for in our developer:
Core AI engineering
Strong Python
Experience with OpenAI APIs, embeddings, vector databases
Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks (CrewAI or similar)
Systems engineering
Async pipelines and background job processing
SQL + PostgreSQL
Docker + GitLab CI
Clean integrations with external and internal APIs
Engineering mindset
Unit and integration testing
Good logging & monitoring practices
Ability to structure work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed teams
