HIL Systems Engineer

What to expect:

• Coordinates the integration of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems, ensuring efficient setup and functionality across development stages.
• Maintain and optimize test benches and automation environments to support validation activities.
• Coordinate global teams for software and hardware integration and testing.
• Support the development of validation setups using MATLAB/Simulink, dSPACE, Python, and related tools.
• Collaborate closely with system engineers, software developers, and validation teams to ensure seamless workflow and data consistency.

What you bring along:

• Experience with HIL modeling and automation environments within automotive or embedded systems.
• Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink, dSPACE, Automotive Ethernet, CAN, and Python.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, software verification, and test automation frameworks.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Structured, proactive, and analytical working style.
• This role requires on-site collaboration at our Gothenburg location.
