Parts Manager

The Parts Manager coaches and mobilizes his/her team to achieve objectives set in accordance with Prevost Parts business plan and to continuously strive to improve work and operational processes while focusing on customer service.
Tasks
Establish priorities, measure efficacy, and where needed, develop action plans to achieve business objectives Target opportunities for process improvement Assess manpower requirements, hire, and take action Secure the resources improve efficiency and motivation of the team Evaluate team members performance Manage warehousing operations Validate, optimize, and maintain replenishment parameters. Manage local component purchasing and replenishment in accordance with Prevost’s rules and procedures Manage counter sales Participate in the development of budgets and ensure monthly financial performance and reporting Maintain and improve processes and warehouse facility in order to optimize the warehouse’s efficiency Measures conformity in all processes to ensure they are in compliance with ISO standards Deliver results with limited resources and time constraints Ensure cycle counting is completed Other tasks as assigned
Minimum Education Required
HS Diploma or equivalent College degree in a related discipline or up to 5 years of relevant experience
Minimum Years of Experience Required
5 years of relevant experience 3 years of management or supervisory experience
Physical Requirements
Able to lift 25lbs Able to stand for long periods of time Able to be mobile through the warehouse and parts department Although primarily an indoor position, candidate must be able to tolerate local, outdoor and warehouse conditions
Difficult Aspects of the Position
Travel on a regular basis 24/7 availability may be required on occasional periods

For this position, the base pay is set at $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
