¿Qué vas a hacer?
Desarrollar y expandir la Red de Concesionarios en zonas estratégicas. Analizar mercados y acompañar postulantes en planes de negocio. Supervisar la operación y la salud financiera de la red existente. Gestionar contratos, aperturas, relocalizaciones e incumplimientos. Coordinar políticas comerciales, implementación de bonos y estándares de calidad. Promover prácticas de seguridad y organizar eventos corporativos clave. Colaborar con equipos interdisciplinarios para alcanzar los objetivos del negocio.

Requisitos
Formación en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o afines. +5 años de experiencia en industria automotriz o desarrollo de red. Inglés intermedio/avanzado. Manejo de Office, SAP, CRM y Power BI. Disponibilidad para viajar y liderazgo transversal.
