Purpose of the job

As a Business Controller you will be responsible for in-depth analysis of market conditions and financial data of the company helping various stakeholders to interpret information for further decision making. You will have tangible role in control and follow up of Volvo internal processes related to the New Truck sales.

As Business Controller you report to the CFO of Volvo Trucks Baltic North. The position is based in either Tallinn or Riga. Occasional travelling will be required. This is your opportunity to development and grow within leading automotive brand.

Key responsibilities Truck sales transactions control and follow-up according to Volvo guidelines Support on controlling matters to CFO and functional directors Financial planning and budgeting activities Management of market internal control tasks Development of Processes to improve efficiency in function and/or business performance Alignment of financial policies and procedures to Group Trucks guidelines Continuously ensure legal compliance in applicable area Competencies and Skills Strong analytical skills Advanced skills in Excel and regular office applications Experience with SAP will be considered as an advantage Experience with BI tools will be considered as an advantage Flexible travelling possibility Strong team player building effective working relationships Excellent English skills Strong personal credibility and integrity Ready for the next move?
