What you will do Develop hydraulic system and secure QDCF in all product development phases for both ICE and e-mob machines. Develop hydraulic components to fulfill product requirements. Develop advanced hydraulic technology and continuously optimize performance, safety, efficiency, and lifespan of the machine they're a part of. The developments are made in projects with close cooperation with both other departments, suppliers and own production which means a lot of contacts within the company as well as outside including international contacts. Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities: Participate in development projects reaching targets on both time and cost Hydraulic system development to meet customer requirements including reliability & durability and cost target Develop technical specification of hydraulic components Hydraulic system layout & installation design Power matching and machine performance calculation/evaluation Work with purchasing for new component development Management of product quality and reliability improvement projects Support our testing activities in the evaluation of design solutions Develop technical solution for PM issue Who are you? Key Skills: Product knowledge(Construction machinery and vehicle industry) Designer competences –hydraulic technology(System and components development, hydraulic electrification and digitalization ) Designer tools (3D/2D design and PDM system) Knowledge of performance calculation and simulation Quality tools and methods Competitive intelligence Knowledge of product development processes Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position: MS in Hydraulic drive and control, Electro-hydraulic control, Mechatronics, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Experience in product and system development Ability to plan, take own initiatives and work independently as well as a team member Additional Important Requirements: English skill in both written and oral Good communicative skills
