Your mission

You will be based in Milan for a period of 18 months, with the objective of supporting and developing Renault Trucks’ Commercial Department in Italy, covering New Vehicles, Used Vehicles, and After-Sales commercial activities.

To achieve this, your main responsibilities will include:

Creating and managing the Business Intelligence function: monthly reporting and analysis of commercial performance (market trends, market share, segmentation, transport sector data, and competitive intelligence). Developing and updating profiles of key and strategic large accounts. Developing and supporting operational marketing actions for the light commercial vehicle range (offer digitalization, lead management and follow-up). Creating, deploying, and managing communication for the light commercial vehicle range on social media, in line with the marketing plan. Monitoring and optimizing sales methods and CRM usage within the subsidiary and the dealer network.

Your profile

Graduate from a top business school or engineering school, ideally with initial experience (internship or position) in sales development or commercial coordination. Autonomous and able to quickly adapt to different environments. Curious, persistent, and able to communicate effectively with all types of stakeholders. Proactive, creative, and capable of making proposals and promoting them effectively. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong interest in sales, with experience in B2B marketing. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, as well as digital tools; knowledge of Power BI is a plus. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
