Salary up to £28k + bonus + overtime!
Shift pattern - rotating weekly 0600hrs to 1400hrs 10am to 1800hrs 1 in 3 Saturdays 0700hrs to 1200hrs

Who are you? you have the ability to work in an organised manner within a fast moving environment Good customer service skills both face to face and via telephone Be proactive in identifying customer needs and find solutions attention to detail Flexible and positive approach to changing cirumstances/priorities team oriented Good level of IT skills to include Excel, outlook
What will you be doing
A busy fast paced role based in reception area
Manage reception area and be main point of contact for customers Schedule service appointments/MOTs and follow up with customers Liaise and coordinate with workshop and customers on progress, ensure timely authorisation for all work is received Preparation and provision of invoices to customes at point of vehicle collection, resolve any queries carry out site administration
