UX Research Operations Specialist – 15559

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a UX Researcher with strong focus on Research Operations (ResearchOps)

What you will work on:

• Build and improve ResearchOps processes, structures, and workflows
• Evaluate, implement, and manage research tools and platforms
• Create systems for storing, sharing, and using research insights
• Establish sustainable processes for participant recruitment and consent
• Support and train designers and researchers in research methods and tools
• Advise design leadership on research strategy, processes, and operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and product areas
• Use AI tools to support research planning, analysis, and insight generation

What you bring:

• Several years of experience in UX research, preferably with ResearchOps focus
• Strong knowledge of research tools, data management, and insight-sharing practices
• Experience building research processes in larger organizations
• Good understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience using AI tools across the research lifecycle
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Swedish
• Self-driven, structured, and proactive working style
• Strong pedagogical skills and ability to enable others to succeed
