Assignment Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Test Manager / Test Project Manager

What You Will Work On

• Lead, plan, and coordinate system and acceptance testing activities
• Drive daily test operations, ensuring structure and progress
• Manage dependencies, test data, and batch executions
• Coordinate testing across multiple teams and delivery streams
• Define and maintain test strategy, test plans, and frameworks
• Establish and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies
• Define requirements for test environments and test data management
• Ensure effective defect management and traceability
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and infrastructure teams
• Build and strengthen the overall test organization and quality processes

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in test management or test project management in complex environments
• Proven experience leading testing in large-scale transformations
• Experience working in large organizations with complex system landscapes
• Documented experience working with external vendors and partners
• Strong background within the insurance industry
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
