Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Test Developer

What You Will Work On

• Design and implement performance testing strategies for complex systems
• Develop and execute system-wide performance tests
• Build and implement observability solutions (metrics, logs, tracing)
• Set up and maintain dashboards, alerts, and monitoring tools
• Analyze test and production data to identify bottlenecks and performance issues
• Conduct targeted performance testing and optimization activities
• Contribute to data-driven decision-making for system quality and stability
• Collaborate closely with development teams in Agile environments
• Produce reports and recommendations based on test results
• Support the team in establishing best practices in observability and performance engineering

What You Bring

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in performance testing within complex environments
• Strong experience in planning and executing system-level performance tests
• Experience with Locust (or similar performance testing tools)
• Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)
• Experience implementing metrics, logs, and tracing in applications
• Strong ability to analyze performance data from both testing and production
• Experience working closely with development teams in Agile environments
• Ability to implement solutions through code or configuration
• Experience creating reports and actionable insights from test results
