Test Automation Engineer – Banking / Multi-Market Delivery – 17101

Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer / Test Lead

What You Will Work On

• Lead and coordinate testing activities for market-specific rollouts
• Execute both automated and manual testing across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end scenarios
• Design and prepare test cases, scenarios, and test data for complex system integrations
• Perform country-specific validations, including regulatory and payment-related testing
• Validate product configurations and business rules defined by product stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with operational processes, SOPs, and business workflows
• Identify, log, and track defects while supporting root-cause analysis and resolution
• Collaborate across teams to manage dependencies and ensure smooth delivery
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparation and validation
• Provide clear and structured reporting on test progress, risks, and quality metrics

What You Bring

• Proven experience in Test Automation and Software Testing
• Experience within the banking or financial services domain
• Strong expertise in testing across multi-system and integrated environments
• Ability to work in multi-cultural, distributed teams
• Solid understanding of end-to-end testing processes and quality assurance practices
• Experience supporting UAT and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
