Assignment Overview

We are looking for an IT Business and System Analyst

What you will work on

• Leading As-Is and To-Be business process mapping initiatives
• Facilitating workshops with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Driving end-to-end requirement gathering and documentation
• Authoring functional specifications and business requirement documentation
• Ensuring traceability from business requirements through implementation
• Supporting testing, validation, and production issue analysis
• Deg end-to-end solutions aligned with business needs and technical standards
• Assessing impact on existing systems across on-prem and cloud environments
• Collaborating with architects, developers, and external vendors
• Performing hands-on SQL development and troubleshooting
• Optimizing stored procedures and database queries
• Developing reports based on business requirements
• Performing C#/.NET application updates when needed
• Contributing to Angular-based frontend components
• Working within modern development environments using Git and CI/CD practices

What you bring

• Strong experience in business process management and analysis
• Experience leading As-Is and To-Be process mapping initiatives
• Experience conducting stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering
• Strong experience writing BRDs and functional specifications
• Ability to ensure requirement traceability and validation
• Experience contributing to solution architecture and system design
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server (queries, joins, stored procedures)
• Experience working with C# and.NET development
• Working knowledge of Angular
• Experience working with Git and Jira
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and system integrations
• Understanding of ISEC regulations and security requirements
• Strong English communication skills
