Assignment Description

We are looking for a Tech Lead / Software Architect

What You Will Work On

• Define and drive architecture for commerce platforms and solutions
• Lead technical decision-making and guide development teams
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems
• Work with event-driven architectures and integration patterns (e.g., Kafka)
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT
• Support development lifecycle including design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance
• Ensure best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and system monitoring
• Contribute to continuous improvement of technical solutions and team practices

What You Bring

• Strong experience as a Tech Lead, Software Architect, or similar role
• Experience with integrations and event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka)
• Experience with retail or POS systems
• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience working across the full software lifecycle
• Fluent in Swedish and English
