Assignment Overview
We are looking for a System Development & IT Support Specialist
What you will work on
- Support the application management team with daily operational tasks
- Manage application lifecycles, maintain application lists, and monitor updates (e.g., ProjectPlace, Java, AutoCAD)
- Handle support tasks in ServiceNow and Topdesk, initially routine requests, later troubleshooting
- Perform monthly routines related to user management (ProjectPlace, Infobric) and simple data imports
- Review application usage to optimize license consumption
- Create/update guides and manuals for recurring support tasks (e.g., 2FA issues, workarounds)
- Document processes and updates in internal wiki
What you bring
- University degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent documented experience
- Previous experience with similar operational tasks and application support
- Ability to perform administrative and technical routine tasks independently
- Basic database skills are desirable
- Familiarity with Java-based applications or geodata applications is a plus
