Assignment Overview

We are looking for a System Development & IT Support Specialist

What you will work on

  • Support the application management team with daily operational tasks
  • Manage application lifecycles, maintain application lists, and monitor updates (e.g., ProjectPlace, Java, AutoCAD)
  • Handle support tasks in ServiceNow and Topdesk, initially routine requests, later troubleshooting
  • Perform monthly routines related to user management (ProjectPlace, Infobric) and simple data imports
  • Review application usage to optimize license consumption
  • Create/update guides and manuals for recurring support tasks (e.g., 2FA issues, workarounds)
  • Document processes and updates in internal wiki

What you bring

  • University degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent documented experience
  • Previous experience with similar operational tasks and application support
  • Ability to perform administrative and technical routine tasks independently
  • Basic database skills are desirable
  • Familiarity with Java-based applications or geodata applications is a plus
