System Developer – AI / Data Pipelines – 16810

Assignment Overview

We are looking for a System Developer with AI and data engineering expertise

What you will work on

• Organize data flows, access, transformation, and quality to provide robust foundational data for AI/HR systems with full traceability
• Build ELT pipelines (HR sources → Lakehouse / DLH → consumption) with scheduling, error handling, and monitoring
• Perform data modeling, ensure data quality, manage metadata and lineage, including documentation and traceability
• Implement access control, logging, and masking/pseudonymization in collaboration with information security teams
• Collaborate with AI developers on feature data, embeddings, and consumption patterns
• Transfer knowledge to the regular team via workshops, pairing, and reviews of pipelines, data contracts, and runbooks
• Establish data contracts and change management for schema, quality rules, update frequency, and ownership
• Implement quality gates and automated data quality tests before data is used for training or inference
• Set up monitoring of production data flows (freshness, volume deviations, error rates) with alerts and remediation procedures
• Ensure traceability/data lineage and auditability (data → pipeline version → consumption)
• Ensure least-privilege data access and correct handling of sensitive personal data ( compliance)

What you bring

• Experience in system development with a focus on AI and data pipelines
• Hands-on experience with ELT/ETL pipelines and scheduling frameworks
• Strong understanding of data quality, metadata management, and data lineage
• Knowledge of and secure handling of sensitive data
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with AI developers and data teams
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills
• Fluent in English
