Supply Chain Project Manager – 15545

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Supply Chain Project Manager to plan, schedule, and manage projects within logistics and supply chain operations.

What you will work on:

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and plans
• Conduct material flow analysis and monitor progress across multiple projects
• Use SAP, Primavera P6, and Qlik for planning, tracking, and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with project standards and procedures
• Manage deviations and monitor resources to support project execution
• Contribute to resource planning and operational readiness for ongoing personnel needs

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Planning, or related field
• Significant experience in project planning and scheduling
• Strong analytical, structured, and proactive mindset
• Excellent communication skills, able to interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with SAP, Primavera P6, Qlik Sense or similar tools is advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Willingness to work on-site in Finspång, Sweden
