We are looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Specialist

What You Will Work On

• Implement and execute supplier quality management plans and processes
• Monitor supplier compliance with quality standards and requirements
• Manage and resolve supplier quality deviations and issues
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supplier base
• Support process design and optimization within supplier quality management
• Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to transformation and change initiatives within SQM
• Ensure effective quality assurance and validation processes
• Support documentation and reporting related to supplier quality

• Strong experience in Supplier Quality Management
• Senior-level expertise in quality assurance and supplier performance management
• Ability to manage complex supplier quality issues independently
• Experience contributing to process design and continuous improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in cross-functional and supplier-facing roles
