We are looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Specialist
What You Will Work On
- Implement and execute supplier quality management plans and processes
- Monitor supplier compliance with quality standards and requirements
- Manage and resolve supplier quality deviations and issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supplier base
- Support process design and optimization within supplier quality management
- Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to transformation and change initiatives within SQM
- Ensure effective quality assurance and validation processes
- Support documentation and reporting related to supplier quality

- Strong experience in Supplier Quality Management
- Senior-level expertise in quality assurance and supplier performance management
- Ability to manage complex supplier quality issues independently
- Experience contributing to process design and continuous improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in cross-functional and supplier-facing roles
