We are looking for an experienced Technical Solution Expert
What You Will Work On
- Ensure stable and efficient operation of Contact Center and telephony solutions
- Manage incidents, changes, and continuous service improvements
- Drive enhancements in user experience, processes, and documentation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Handle lifecycle management and release planning
- Contribute to transformation initiatives toward new service solutions
- Act as a bridge between business and IT to align solutions with business needs
- Support governance and vendor management activities
What You Bring
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Contact Center solutions (preferably Puzzel)
- Experience with telephony solutions (fixed and mobile)
- Documented experience working with IT solutions
- Good understanding of applications and infrastructure within telephony
- Knowledge of both traditional and cloud-based telephony solutions
- Experience working with Microsoft 365
- Experience managing IT services and objects
- Experience with vendor governance and supplier management
- Experience working between business and IT
- Experience in agile environments
- Experience with IT projects and requirements management
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
