We are looking for an experienced Technical Solution Expert

What You Will Work On

  • Ensure stable and efficient operation of Contact Center and telephony solutions
  • Manage incidents, changes, and continuous service improvements
  • Drive enhancements in user experience, processes, and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Handle lifecycle management and release planning
  • Contribute to transformation initiatives toward new service solutions
  • Act as a bridge between business and IT to align solutions with business needs
  • Support governance and vendor management activities

What You Bring

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Contact Center solutions (preferably Puzzel)
  • Experience with telephony solutions (fixed and mobile)
  • Documented experience working with IT solutions
  • Good understanding of applications and infrastructure within telephony
  • Knowledge of both traditional and cloud-based telephony solutions
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365
  • Experience managing IT services and objects
  • Experience with vendor governance and supplier management
  • Experience working between business and IT
  • Experience in agile environments
  • Experience with IT projects and requirements management
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
