We are looking for a Software Test Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Perform software testing activities including both manual and automated testing.
• Work according to Quality by Design principles and established QA practices.
• Support diagnostics and connectivity initiatives within the product area.
• Collaborate with agile stable teams across locations.
• Contribute to planning and execution of testing activities.
• Work closely with developers, testers, and stakeholders in distributed teams.
• Participate in initiatives related to diagnostics systems and connected solutions.
• Support both ongoing operational activities and project-based development work.
• Contribute to team collaboration across international locations.

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of experience in software testing.
• Broad experience with software testing including manual and automated approaches.
• Experience working in agile team environments.
• Understanding of diagnostics-related systems or tools.
• Strong planning and coordination skills.
• Experience collaborating in virtual or distributed teams.
• Experience within automotive quality assurance processes is expected.
• Knowledge of marine propulsion or industrial engine business domains is considered an advantage.
• Experience related to electromobility or connectivity solutions is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team knowledge sharing.
